To order our products online, make sure you have your major credit card info (AMEX, MASTER CARD OR VISA). The name and address must match exactly as it appears on your card and/or billing statement. In addition, you must provide your Credit Card Identification Number(CID) that is located on the back of your master card or visa (3 DIGIT) and on the front if you have AMEX (4 DIGIT).

Paypal handles our online payments, you do not have to have a paypal account to purchase online. You can order our products by visiting our online store using the link on our navigational menu to the left or click here.

 

Shipping Info

Please note that shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 for any size order. You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. All purchases are fully insured. We can ship anywhere in the United States and Canada using the United States Postal Service. When you place an order, you can expect to receive it within 7-10 days. Return Policy

Refunds will be gladly given if the item(s) is postmarked as returned within 30 days of your receipt, and: all tags are left in place and is in the original packaging. Failure to do this will void the refund. All items must be undamaged and be the same item sent as described. The purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance on returns.

Regretably, a 10% restocking fee will be assessed for returns, as we are charged by the credit card company when your purchase is made, and have to pay to ship & insure your jewelry.

If the jewelry or gemstones are not the quality that is specified, and a letter is sent from a credible, Certified Gemologist, a 100% refund will be gladly be issued, along with the cost of sending the item back. Please enclose the report and the receipt for shipping & insurance when returning an erroneous order to receive your full refund.
